For orders placed via this e-shop, kindly pre-order at least 5 working days in advance (excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holidays). If you would like to collect the items urgently or in less than 5 working days, you may walk in to our bakery outlets directly to purchase or order them.

E-shop orders of Christmas items are available for self-collection only at So Good Bakery outlets.

Please note that the last day of collection of Christmas items ordered via this e-shop is currently scheduled as 25 December 2025. 

- Available collection dates may not be shown completely due to system limitations.

- If you are unable to view or select your desired collection date, kindly select the date nearest to it to proceed with your order.

- We will contact you directly after receiving your order to confirm your order and collection details. You may notify us at that time if you would like to collect at another date and we will let you know if we are able to make the arrangements.

- We will try our best to arrange for collection on your preferred date where possible, but kindly still allow for at least 5 working days' processing time (excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holidays) for pre-orders made via this e-shop.

- Please note that no further changes to the collection arrangements would be allowed after confirmation of the arrangements.

Please leave your email and contact number during checkout, so that we could contact you for order confirmation and collection matters.

Kindly visit the outlet for collection only after we have contacted you to confirm your order and collection details, as we would only be able to make the necessary arrangements after confirmation.
