• If you are unable to view or select your desired collection date, kindly select the date nearest to it to proceed with your order.
• We will contact you directly after receiving your order to confirm your order and collection details. You may notify us at that time if you would like to collect at another date and we will let you know if we are able to make the arrangements.
• We will try our best to arrange for collection on your preferred date where possible, but kindly still allow for at least 5 working days' processing time (excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holidays) for pre-orders made via this e-shop.
• Please note that no further changes to the collection arrangements would be allowed after confirmation of the arrangements.
